I’ve heard it develops new synapses in your brain exposing yourself to something completely different. My lungs couldn’t handle huka, it smells nice though. When I could better manage a lighter I’d listen to longer Um Kalthoum and Sayed Makawi songs, light incense sticks, and have a real tarab experience chilling, contemplative ecstasy :-)
