Yes, I have received documents from confidential sources that government actors have sent sighted people to infiltrate blind-specific applications in order to spread ableist propaganda and divide the community. The reasoning given is that these blind-specific applications are being targeted to encourage blind users to move toward mainstream applications, making them more dependent on the sighted community and continuing the vicious cycle of dependence on the sighted community. Another document I have received from confidential sources is that individuals allegedly acquired JAWS and installed spyware in it to monitor the community.
