Well, if you don't want to put up fly paper, use a bug zapper mounted in the corner of your office space. Another tip, essential mint oil. Insects hate it. It acts as a sort of neurotoxin. Works on ants, spiders etc. I would get a spray bottle, mix parts water and mint oil and when you hear it, spray out in it's general direction. You can also spray the area of interest with it. The menthal will also disrupt their scent trail etc. good luck!
