    That is frustrating isn’t it. Not even getting a chance to defend yourself against something that someone disagrees with you on and would rather block you than hear anything which they think is negative. Sometimes I think we go way overboard with this negativity nonsense about let’s leave all the negativity behind. Life has its negatives. And the best way to deal with them is to negotiate through them navigate through them. Sometimes it’s best to be like a duck. Just let the water roll off your back. I’m disappointed in people who don’t have the strength to hear things that they don’t necessarily like without feeling the need to shut up the ones who have said it.

    Funny that legitimately every single person that expresses this sort of sentiment that I know of has serious boundary issues. This is a social media app like any other. You aren't owed an explanation, unless you already had known these individuals outside the app. It is clear you make people uncomfortable, and it is a hundred and 50 percent your responsibility to remedy this.

    I interact with so many people, I don't generally care enough to even notice if someone blocks me. But if they do, I respect that they have reasons for doing so. I don't take these social media apps very seriously. I am not everyone's cup of tea, but I own that.

    Exactly Tonya. Parents shelter their blind daughters to the point where they have no clue how to interact in a flirtatious exchange. They quickly become frightened and flustered and flee the scene.

    It would be nice to have a conversation about this particular dynamic, but it would be worthless because the women that do display such characteristics in a flotation situation wouldn't speak up anyway. Because they're so sheltered.
