OK, OK I may be naïve but what do you mean get to your legs? Do you mean it’s in your bones to dance to it?

when i play my drum kit , sometimes the way i use my double pedals and going at different speeds my legs get a little tired , cause im pushing more on my hips and legs , instead of being relax and letting my feet and ankles do most of the work ,
