I think Kendall mint cake also has a bit of glucose syrup in it as well as the pure sugar, and I suspect it may not be cooked as long as rock, meaning that it is less likely to break your teeth. Personally, I really like the chocolate covered one, but I don’t like the price of it!

Kenndal mint cake is basically mint flavoured sugar, well, not a lot more. But it is very moreish. You can actually buy chocolate cupboard Kendal mint cake but I don't really like that. One of my granddaughters says it's like eating toothpaste. That must mean it's good for your teeth.

Just a tip from a UK resident, if you leave it for a long time and let it get a bit stale it goes softer not so hard on the teeth and actually I quite like it better when it's stale and softer, maybe it's my old age.
