Hi Daria. Well, thankfully, you don’t have as big a problem as many people who drink coffee. I know some people who drink three or four pots a day. And that’s every week every day so the best advice I can give you is if it really is a concern to you, and you did talk about it affecting your heart rate and that’s a serious enough concern, that I would set myself some new goals for giving it up. Don’t get anxious about it, and don’t try to quit all at once. If you can wait a week to have your coffee day, then you can probably make it two weeks. Or when you cop it comes around, give yourself less coffee on the day you chosen, until you feel that you are no longer having to be concerned about the effects. Or an addiction. But I like Eddie think that it’s probably a psychological factor here and you can deal with it. I am sure. I’ll keep you in my prayers though. God bless you.
