My thing is when people's thoughts are all over the place. Like they will be talking about something, and they will like hear something in the background and they have to stop what they are saying and say something like, "Oh sorry, my mom's coughing in the background." Or, "Oh I found my charger. Oh, let me plug it in real quick, give me one sec." Shit like that. Like just do it, you don't have to say it. Like they have A D H D, or something and they're just all over the place.

Totally agreed. Also try not to get too sensitive people there’s quite a gap between using extraneous filler words and having an actual speech impediment, I don’t think he was being offensive.

Like with me, I have a lot to say quite often and end up making long rambles but I try to get my point acrossed and not end up stutter stammering and getting all confused along the way. If it happens I just kind of laugh it off and keep on trucking.

Yeah that stuff drives me kind of nuts too, I'm sure glad you can crank the speed up to 2 x, or heck, just download it to your computer and run it through an audio editer if it bothers you enough and let it take out the silent spots.
