PB&J with a twist add peanut butter to one slice of bread top with as much or as little plantain slices as you wish on the second slice, add your jam or jelly

Ham sandwich with a twist on one slice of bread add Dijon mustard if you wish top with ham slices on the other slice of bread add mayonnaise, and top with as little or as much plantains as you’d like
