why ar'nt my hangout parties getting enough recognition and i feel when people hear or see my name they run

It is hard to host a party. When I do it I am upset when people don’t show up, or when people leave earlier than I want them to. I had to accept this reality. Being a good host means knowing that people will be flakes, be annoying, and maybe even hostile and you gotta deal with it. Sometimes it means dealing with the feelings of disappointment inside. You are totally normal but I’ll tell you that it wasn’t because of your name that I left the group. I joined with my friends to see what was going on, and when the convo dried up we returned to our own room.
