The line that brought the biggest grin to my face was when one of the hosts said that Lee had been told, "No, you can't mix classical and metal." Boy did that turn out to be wrong. I don't know if she started it, but it's been done since a few times. Trans-Siberian Orchestra anyone?

Yeah, I love evanescence. But, I wouldn’t say the combination of metal and classical was exactly a new idea. As mentioned, Trans-Siberian is one example. Symphony X had been around for a decade at that point. Manowar had been around for over two decades at that point
