If you’ve never had it before it takes a while when I got my 16 Pro Max and synced everything over in iOS 18 I think it did take a while to catch up since then though not an issue just many upgrades I suppose because the basic stuff is already there so it’s worked for me since then you just have to be a little bit patient that’s all and that’s for the stereo microphones. I would make sure that you have the latest for this app as well and then you should be good to go and find the stereo button check it and then record, but you have to do that for every new recording that you make.

Setup prioritizes downloading of features and patches and updates to your cellular network/esim/device info before working on your iCloud. And iCloud will take a while to fully sync so it's best to leave your phone on the charger for an extended period sometime soon. Even better if you aren't using it, so overnight while you're sleeping should do nicely. As for upgrading from the 14 Pro I think I will wait until at least the next generation to upgrade, both because I'm repairing a Galaxy this next check and because the only thing wrong with my iPhone is a degraded battery which isn't too expensive to fix. Of course it would be better if it were more repairable, but that's a dead horse where Apple's concerned lol. Good luck with your upgrade and look out for the VoiceOver bug where you loose all speech. Some have said they have unlocked their device multiple times and then been hit with it.

That's ok. That should be plenty, right?

Just the base 256 GB.

Which storage option did you go with?

The audio sounds the same as my 14 Pro but I know the cameras are better.
