If you’re using Xfinity you have to turn off advanced security protection. That might be the problem. For some reason it thinks it’s not a safe app.

Hello, from another ramble that I just heard it could be that it's happening because you're using Xfinity and I think they are blocking International apps in order to keep you safe in case it isn't a safe app basically they don't know what ramblio is so they're being cautious I think and therefore they are kind of making it so that you don't hear Rambles but I think from what it sounds like there's a fix around it. If you listen to katya's audio then you'll know what she did. I guess turn your Wi-Fi off just to hear what she did and then probably it will work for you as well if you happen to be an Xfinity user.

Hi Flo, i’m not having this problem now, but i did a couple of months ago. It’s strange. For me it just started working again after I think bout a week, and it hasn’t affected me this time around. As i understand from a post that Josh put on another thread, they’re not sure what the problem is at the moment. Hopefully there’ll be a fix for it soon.
