This happens to me as well! After I reboot my phone, it straightens itself out for a little while, then it starts up again! Another weird thing is, although I don't have do not disturb on, or focus, I don't get messages or notifications at night. They all show up in the morning, hopefully. Lol.

I have a 14 pro, and I am on, don't judge, iOS 18.1.1. So I thought that was the problem.

To the original poster, yes, this has been happening to me for a few years now. For me, I think it seems to happen if I'm in an app for like a really long time or something. But yeah, I just turn my phone off and turn it back on and it helps.
