Hi Nicole. I have a wife and have bin wed for 16 years now. Back in the day when in the field one of the things that was a green flag to me is when something would go wrong and you would see a woman handling the situation in a calm manner. quiet, confidence and being nice to people like wait staff or shop assistants even when there was a problem. Seeing some one that would flip out over stupid stuff was such a put off to me. also the ability to be empathetic but strong willed enough to not take any shit.
