Now every time a cited person does something that makes you feel uncomfortable, it’s not necessarily their fault. For instance, when you got that glass of water, couldn’t you have checked the glass to see if there was a straw in it before you put it up to your face to drink? I’m sure they don’t only do this to those of us who are blind, but it is just something that they do with everyone putting a straw in the glass so stop trying to blame sided people for something that you very well could have checked yourself before complaining.

I think we can all agree, universally no matter what the country is that a store would not be placed in a glass of wine, a glass of scotch, a gin and tonic, a pint of beer, and I’m sure if you asked your friends who are not blind, who go to bars and pubs that doesn’t happen to them. And in fact, my friends are not blind find astonishing when a bartender puts a straw into my glass of scotch.

Ah King Tripple I'm glad someone else shares that opinion. i had posted w/o listening. I do like it when a server indicates the clock positions of the food, which happens once in a blue moon (and is OK because I'd rather have them get it right than try to do it).

Well, I agree with you. I haven’t heard people putting straws in a lot of those beverages either. But they do put straws in glasses of water.
