I don’t completely know the answer. But I think it starts with the tools that we had. Personally for me I had some instructors that said some pretty off colour things when it came to special needs. And it was always like they were pushing us to do better and be better so when we don’t do better, our peers and friends notice and are like dude seriously what is wrong with you and then the fight happen. and I don’t think it’s fair. Also, I’ve heard and noticed that sometimes people lack social skills and don’t know what to do so then drama starts. Just observations though.
