I was not using screen recognition, but, it is not labeled as a volume bar. It’s labeled as the name of the audio you picked, which tripped me up at first.

Hiya! Try double tap and holding on the bar. Voiceover makes a noise when you do this, and when you hear it, slide your finger whichever way you want the bar to move. This just worked for me when I tried it to make sure I was right lol. I hope this helps you. Feel free to let me know if it doesn’t and we can dive down this rabbit hole together cuz if I’m wrong I’ll be determined to figure out how to do it for you hehe🫶🏻
