well my new years resolution, it's not an acomplishment per say, but i just want to stay out of the dramas of social media, that's why when i see a drama ridden post, i either say a few words and get out or pass the post. but that's good that you want to thrive in the job you have, because if i had a job i would have been saying the same thing
