Yeah, the speed of the voices especially the voices has been fixed I myself just find it a lot more stable than the public 27 released the other day so for me it was actually worth updating

Same as you, Siri for and when my phone restarted after the update was complete voice went back to it original speed. I actually had to slow it down.

I believe the public beat us going to drop out towards the end of October beginning of November but like I said so far I like it I find it way more stable than the 27th that came out a few days ago. Another thing I noticed they fixed, which I love is the whole FaceTime thing the last few days I found myself entering my passcode more times that I should have but with this release that has been fixed and FaceTime is working again as it should should.
