Hi, I also have the Bambino plus, and it is a great espresso machine. It is accessible and the automatic milk steamer works really well. But I am primarily a filter coffee drinker, and my main way to brew coffee is with an AeroPress. I generally like light roast coffees and drink them black. With espresso, I make americanos mostly. Occasionally I will drink medium/dark roast coffees with some cream and sugar, especially from coffee shops. Enjoy your new coffee machine!
