I like kombucha, I have some in my fridge right now. I think it would be cool to learn how to ferment veggies myself at home. I’ve heard it’s not that difficult but I have not given it a try yet. Have you tried that

I have not done much with fermentation, but this sounds really cool. Love to hear more about your kombucha journey and your kimchi journey. Have you made kimchi before? Are you using cabbages or cucumbers? also would love to see what recipe you are following for the kimchi if any.
