I was seeing people apologize for not posting before the Audio Month Challenge. It got me thinking that some people tend to over-apologize in everyday life anyway. I think for many of us, it’s simply become a habit. Sometimes I catch myself doing the same thing, and then I’m like, “No, no, no—I don’t need to apologize for that.”
