Welcome to ramblio! I hope you enjoy it on here. I don't know where you are from however if you like reading books I would suggest maybe you read simpler and shorter ones like maybe children's stories to start off with . Also listening to music as well as watching some shorter shows could be useful. But so far it sounds like you are doing pretty good!
