Okay, so when you record in stereo, you don't record on the AirPods themselves. You actually record with the stereo mics built-in to your iPhone. AirPods cannot record stereo audio for some reason, I wish Apple can actually make those mics binaural. That would be cool. Of course if you want binaural audio there are dedicated mics for that purpose.

So if I ever wanted to do by normal recordings on an iPhone 16 Pro Max or anything with USB-C for that matter for phones, what by normal headphones would I be able to get or what would I be able to get for that.
