I think if you're going to watch politics, you need to realize that it's just entertainment. No people in those offices actually have real power that isn't give it given to them from the world leaders. People need to be looking at the world economic forum when they try to put a bigger story out in the White House. They want you looking at the White House and not what they're doing. The White House is just a distraction from what they plan to do to us. .

Finally! An I love Trump rant that I can actually listen to and laugh at! I'm thinking of sharing that one, but I think I have too many Trumper friends who would get offended. It would be just like those Canada-bashing posts I've seen on my feed, so I think sharing is probably not a good idea. But I can sure as hell bust a gut laughing!

The real problem is we don't really have control of the vote. They do. So why vote at all? I mean it's been what 1776 years and we still don't have what they promise will have. It's a big laugh at this point. Like George Carlin says.

Exercising our right to vote is one of the few ways that we can get our voices heard at this point. All of the reforms in this country along with the reactionary shit has come about because of voters. Politicians have 3 priorities: 1. Get elected/reelected. 2. Bring money in to their districts/state to benefit themselves and their doners/constituents. 3. Push whatever agenda their doners want. But, first and foremost, get elected. That's their prime directive. That's why a lot of them decide not to run when they see that reelection is hopeless or when they believe that the other side is going to take power. The alternative is anarchy and chaos. There are enough failed states like Somalia or Afghanistan in this world. I don't want to live in one myself.
