Dude, I gotta congratulate you for putting yourself out there, but this is NOT the app to be looking for a relationship. You've got mike 420 or whatever with his shitty freestyles, you've got that other weirdo asking if its ok to talk to 18 year olds at 40, etc. You could pretty much go anywhere else and find better results. All that aside, though, I'd say go to hinge, its accessible as far as voiceover and stuff goes, and people have to put info about themselves there so its good for us. I met my girlfriend on there just over 2 years ago. Some people even put voice messages on their profile too for some reason, which most people using this app will probably enjoy.
