How long do you have to hold your breath when you make those noises how many seconds that is

Sorry, I should’ve clarified that. You should exhale slowly and make the sounds as long as possible. I normally exhale for about 18 seconds but it depends on what you’re comfortable with. The best advice I can give is do what’s comfortable for you.
