I started doing yoga in January. I find as many, very descriptive videos as I can on YouTube and just follow them along.

That is cool that you can follow those videos, I have never been good at following videos. I mean that I have to watch one routine learn it and then maybe do another routine and learn that and then that's the only way I can do it because I tend to lose track of what I'm doing or not know what's happening. So most of the time I have to learn something really well and just do it and do it again.
