So with T-Mobile inside the box that your phone comes in will be a bubble wrap envelope thing. When you're ready to send back your old phone, you will put your phone in that and use the same box that your phone was shipped in. Inside that box as well will be the prepaid shipping labels. When you take it back to UPS. You can either drop your trade-in phone off at a UPS store or an actual T-Mobile store. If it's a team almost door, I think it has to be a corporate store. I've always just dropped mine off at UPS. I believe you will have 30 days to return your old phone and make sure you turn off find my for sure, and then you'll do the reset all settings back to factory defaults to clean out the phone.

And you can definitely do the phone to phone transfer from your old phone and your phone will be up and running in less than 10 minutes. It even transfers the eSIM from one phone to the other. Andy will not even have to login to most of your stuff, it will make your new phone identical to the old phone. Heavy purchased your case yet, because you definitely have to have a case with this new phone.

The case that I have, I bought from Amazon for $14.95, and it's a really nice MagSafe case. I've been doing that for years, getting cases like that, instead of paying T-Mobile $60 for a case.

Probably a good idea for you to go do that now, because T-Mobile could send your phone sooner than you think, and you don't wanna be without a case.

I didn't like the first case that I got very much because it was a rubber case and it would snap on it off too easily. So I ended up ordering a second case.

Yeah. That makes sense though about not knowing if they receive it or not and all that, but we'll see. I'll just see what happens when I get it, but at least they did give me both options. I forgot to mention that in the post, but they did give me both options to send it back, or bring it into the store, so we'll see.
