Actually, we can't categorize this as AI stuff, at least in the meaning of AI these days. This thing, called midi, is using pitch changing instead of an Artificial Intelligence process. The sf2 file is containing the original audio file and the info of the original octave and the original note of the audio file. The processor tools taking this infos as base, and changing the audio’s pitch after analysing a mid or midi file which contains the note infos of a song. I hope this is not confusing at all. I tried my best to tell about the process in an understandable way.

And about AI stuff, I prefer more robotic things too. When something is perfect or close to perfectness, it’s making me feel like it’s wrong or not supposed to be like that.
