I'll say this much for the original poster: He may not have meant to, but he found a way to spend less than a minute and cause several people to show their colors. We can learn as much about a person's character, good bad and all between, from a reaction as from an action. Character, I would say, is a good thing to understand when seeking a relationship. Much of what makes a relationship work, is when two people find that their character is similar enough that they agree on what is good, what is bad, and what is somewhere negotiably inbetween.

Clearly the developer of the app isn't bothered about the space this post is supposedly taking up, so I guess that reasoning is null and void. It was to begin with because there are objectively worse things being posted that are way longer and no one objects to those, but anyway. I have seen people react similarly to posts made by women, but the tone of the comments was different. Same judgment, just expressed differently. People are always going to find reasons to do this to people they don't like or find attractive.
