Yes, you’re not gonna notice much of a difference at all between a 16 E and a 17. The 17 has dual cameras, so you might have a little better luck when you’re using Seeing AI, Be My Eyes and apps like that since the camera can get a better view. Something you can do to help battery life is to turn your brightness down to zero if you are totally blind and use voiceover, and go into settings and turn off background app refresh. Another thing you can do is going to settings, accessibility and then motion and turn on reduce motion that helps a good bit as well. I can usually get 24 hours out of a battery and I only charge mine to 80%. But I do not use team talk.

Actually both the 16 E and the 17 E have a slightly larger battery than the 16 and 17 base models. And I think that both of those are using apples in-house chip which could have a little bit to do with battery management as well.

I have an iPhone 15 and it does everything the iPhone 17 currently does. i've tested changing all those settings and it does nothing for my battery life so I just leave it as it is.
