I’m not a huge fan of treadmills but do enjoy ellipticals but if you don’t have a guide unfortunately treadmills are the best option. You have access to a gym so maybe increase your leg days working on more res per set with a lighter weight. My son is a personal trainer and recently trained a woman for the test needed to join the US Air Force and the best thing is to get out there and run. There are a few groups that meet weekly in my extended area that provide guides, is anything like that possible? Well, I’m off to the gym LOL! Happy workout!
