Gordon complains about blind people, but it's sad. He can't see himself in a mirror. not every blind person is in an institution or in a group home or anything like that. As for myself and my wife, we live on our own. And you say that blame people have no jobs and things like that. i've been outside shoveling dirt, pulling weeds and such since I was six years old. So not every blind person is coddled or sheltered. I don't understand how organizing a pile of bullshit for a bunch of mouthpieces of politicians makes you a walking in encyclopedia of blind people. you're attempted bitterness isn't flattering. not all blind people are helpless. Stop bullying.

Like I said, I really don’t know this Gordon guy, I mean, I don’t see his comment since I’m blocked him so I don’t really need to know him, but hopefully he will be banned from this, I’m sure maybe you guys want him banned, but anyways, I don’t think this is the topic for that and I think this thread is getting out of hand.

@gordon and you know what the difference is between you and a trophy? trophies are actually wanted. Outside of the minuscule percentage of the populous whose eyeballs malfunction, you are less than nothing.
Romy
@gordon and you are just a primative little subhuman shit stain who dares to believe your words and opinions have any relevance. How dare you profaine her name by uttering it with whatever the creator installed in place of a mouth. You are nothing but a sad, pathetic little internet edgelord who views bad attention as a flex simply because it truly must be better than no attention at all. She is a woman who has done multiple touring theater shows, has been awarded with acalades and has even appeared on tv. You're just a hateful little incel who gets their jollies out of besmirching people's dead spouses and their children. You were a silly little joke that stopped being funny years ago. Be gone with you
Gordon
I've heard so many blind people over the years with those damn dying smoke alarm batteries. I guess they do with that what they do with everything else, wait for someone else to fix it for them.
Gordon
Sammy! Do you mean to tell me that an independent blind girl such as yourself is still dealing with that smoke alarm issue? Good grief, why don't you call Vogue rehab and see if they'll come out and fix the damn thing for you?

My responsibility is to package the news and prepare it for morning presentation. I decide the order that the stories are red, I make sure that all of the actualities are compiled for the stories that will be presented. If something happens overnight that's breaking news I gather information, talk to people and decide what reporters are going to cover what stories. And in the event that something were to happen overnight, I would go on the air and present the story myself. That's pretty rare though.
Barry McKockiner
Is that the title you use on your LinkedIn is it? Lol
Gordon
I'm not a DJ, I am a news editor. Big difference.
Capitan Slap A Hoe
Thank you, Barry for the clarification.
Barry McKockiner
Correction captain, he is not a host. He is simply an opps guy that does all the bitch work that no one else wants to do, who will be replaced by outsourcing and AI very soon due to contracting revenue in the industry
Capitan Slap A Hoe
Radio DJ (Overnight/Early Morning): Overnight shifts in radio—often called the "graveyard shift"—are typically entry-level or automated roles. • Average Hourly Rate: $15 – $25 per hour . • Annual Salary: Entry-level radio DJs in Texas average around $34,000 to $42,000 , though overnight hosts specifically often sit at the lower end of that scale unless they are part of a major syndicated broadcast. • Context: In Fort Worth (part of the major DFW market), pay is slightly higher than in rural Texas, but "overnight" roles are increasingly being replaced by voice-tracking (pre-recorded sets), which can lower the number of live hours available.

And I'm in a higher tax bracket this year. So I probably will not be having a very good day when I actually do my taxes coming up here very soon. They gave us our W-2 forms last week, so I guess we'll find out just how many people out here I'll be supporting soon.
Gordon
That is the caveat that really sucks though, while I am getting paid when I send some of the messages I sent out here, I'm also supporting some of the people who hear the messages I post out here. Dammit!
Gordon
There you go Fred! Now you can join the club of just a very small handful of us out here who are actually being paid to send messages. Any message that you've ever heard me post on the weekdays between 11 PM and 6 AM I have been paid while I was sending.
Barry McKockiner
Gordon, clearly you cannot read. I am buying lunch with your money. I will then later buy alcohol, with, your, money. Your money, my bank account. Love it 💵
Fred
Gordon
Will bury your check should be there by now right? Are you in the US? If not, what are the government benefits like where you are?
Fred
Barry McKockiner
I’m having a big Mac for lunch today. Yum Yum, thanks Gordon. Keep the money coming, I think I might buy some alcohol later on as well
Gordon
But when I decide I want to DoorDash Whataburger or Taco Bell or something like that, I have to pay for that. If I'm working during the day and want to go downstairs and eat at the restaurant in our building, I have to pay for that too. And my job does not pay for transportation to and from work. But if I happen to be on assignment in another city they would.
Gordon
Well I guess we would have to ask Fred if it's part of his contract that the company will help him fill out these inaccessible forms? Different companies offer different benefits and pay for different things. My company will pay for food, lodging and anything else if I'm on assignment.
Barry McKockiner
Gordon pays for my lunch every day. Thanks Daddy
Capitan Slap A Hoe
AI Wizard: according to you the government currently gives you an allowance. If you choose to spend it on steak, that's up to you. We all have choices.
Capitan Slap A Hoe
Gordon, I'm starting to doub that you are employed at all, when you equate getting employer assistance to compleqe the forms they require, to the employer paying for transportation, food and clothing. FYI: if it's included in your contract, the employer does pay for those things, or do you think that cops, firefighters, soldiers, etc. pay for their uniforms, authorized travel, and meals. Or that wait staff at upscale restaurants and hotels pay for their suits and meals at the restaurant. It all depends on the contract.
Gordon
There is nothing at all wrong with venting. But he put this out here for public consumption and the ability to comment is there.
Daria
Why can’t people vent for the sake of venting? He just wanted to get this off his chest. I see nothing wrong with that.
Gordon
I just really don't understand why blind people constantly do this. Fred titled this post that he thinks that the world isn't designed for blind people. Fred knows beyond the shadow of a doubt that this world was not designed for blind people.
The AI wizard
If government pays for my lunch every day, can I make sure it’s steak like the real USDA stuff I wonder if Fred has a caregiver someone to take care of him throughout the day maybe that’s what he needs.
Gordon
Well slap a hoe yes they are the ones who require the forms. But they also require you to show up every day. Should they have to pay all your transportation, any food that you might need for lunch, clothes that you need to wear to work etc.? Damn blind people in their way of thinking! Holy shit!
Landon 205
Oh dear! Mark well, Gordon, this is why I exactly blocked you because I really don’t trust you in your energy you just give up give off a very bad energy! I know I technically wouldn’t know you but still I needed to to block you anyways because your energy just told me that you are not a very good person. And yes, I probably don’t see your comments, but anyone else who comments after you would surely be right after I sent this comment. And I’m not trying to be rude. It’s just my statement and my side of things.
Fred
Capitan Slap A Hoe
Yes, you do hound the employer to assist with completing their forms. They are the ones that made completion of the forms a requirement.
Gordon
I mean we know that we're blind, we know that there are going to be some limitations. So it's our responsibility to either speak with the company about this before they hire you and ensure that someone from the company will help you fill out any forms or having someone on your own to help fill them out. The accessibility stuff has been part of our lives since the beginning of time, yet some blind people act surprised when something is still inaccessible. We're a lot further than we once were, but we're not totally there yet.
Gordon
Yes, and a perfect world it would be really nice if the employer would make those accommodations. But what if they don't? Then what do you do. Do you just keep hounding them over and over again until they're sorry that they hired you in the first place?
Capitan Slap A Hoe
Now, regarding the original topic, unless you have a sighted family member or someone you trust, why would anyone pay some random stranger to fill out inaccessible forms where you're providing sensitive info like your Social Security Number or medical history? That's a rediculous expectation. If the completed forms are a requirement, especially after you've been hired, the employer should be providing assistance to complete the form as a reasonable accommodation,, especially working with or for the state.
Gordon
It really has always cracked me up the things that blind people will argue about. The speech has always been the most humorous. I actually had a girl tell me one time that she was more independent than I am because her speech was faster. Then she said oh wait I gotta call my dad and see if he paid my phone bill yet. So who is really truly more independent, the person with slightly slower speech or the person who pays their own phone bill?
SammieLu Who
Barry and El Capitan dispelling wisdom to the masses and the incompitent in one shot.
Capitan Slap A Hoe
And for those who go on and on about other blind people's speech rate on their devices (fast or slow): yes, it can be annoying, but we don't know where they are in their blindness journey. Some of them might be slow, some of them might be on the spectrum (like most of you), but some of them might be newly blind and not accustomed to absorbing information through speech. But, why should we expect any compassion from performative Christians?
Gordon
But thank goodness it's the weekend because there will be no going in any buildings until Sunday night. So I have two nights to do whatever I want. Although they're both going to be very cold and frigid nights.
Gordon
No, the sports people are just in the building because they have game stuff to work on for the other station so I don't have to be alone in the building. It's just that simple. So I'm tucked away in my soundproof room doing my thing, and they're not too far away.
Barry McKockiner
Little blind boy needs his hand held by his house parent sports crew
Gordon
Well we won't have to worry about that for a while because as long as there's games going on the sports people will always be in the building until the morning crew starts to come in. So there won't be a time that I'm alone in the building by myself. So it's all good for now.
Capitan Slap A Hoe
Is this shit for real? This retard is actually afraid to be in a building with a figment of his imagination, and is willing to quit his job out of irrational fear, but is shitting on other blind people's struggles. You can't make this shit up. Hahaha!
Gordon
You don't have to see to fill the presence of the ghost. I was in that building Wednesday night and it felt so creepy even though there was others in there as well at the time.
