Redneck Zack here, we all do it. Probably back in my younger days I would do stuff like that, but now that i'm older I guess I just stick to my guns, and I know myself. I'd be instantly flooded back with horrible flashbacks or memories. For somebody like me who struggles with ptsd and depression the less horrible memories for me the better because I know i'd go berserk inside.

Hey Karly. I am the exact same way. I struggle with letting go of people, even when I know they are toxic. It doesn't matter, as long as they are either blind or visually impaired. You seem like someone I would love to know.

I struggle here too. Sometimes you have to set boundaries because the other person has no concept of boundaries. So if you don't do it, then it doesn't happen. It does depend on what the reason for going low contact, or no contact is. Only you can decide that. I've had partners and friends both fall into this category. But sometimes blocking is the only option you have when nothing else gets through to the person.
