  I would cut him off from the services you mentioned; for several reasons: 1: The break-up was not amicable; 2: At this point, you guys are not friends, you're acquaintances, and your relationship is transactional (at least regarding the music services, etc.); and having to badger him for his share of the money is annoying to say the least; 3: It sounds like he's trying to both manipulate you by constantly mentioning how sad he is, because he can't listen to Hungarian music, while trying to get under your skin by bragging about how great his new girlfriend is.
