As others have stated, you must do whatever you feel as necessary to ensure that the integrity of this app remains at the highest level. If that means that rambles can only be posted every 15 minutes, so be it. I myself don’t really post that much, so this won’t be an issue for me. For those who think it necessary to spam the feed and create bullshit, this should teach them a valuable lesson about not being an annoying person. And if, for whatever reason, said people still don’t get the point after this, I say ban the fuckers. Don’t even let them have a voice on this platform if they can’t be bothered to be decent and not cause issues for everyone else.

By restart I assume you mean that you have shut the app down and restarted it yes? I must admit, I have had to do that on a few occasions.

Another suggestion would be that a moderator would have to approve your first ramble under your account similar to how it works with some web forums. So you create an account post your first ramble and it doesn't actually get posted to the feed until a moderator listens to it.

As pretty much everybody has said, you have to do what you have to do to keep things safe. One thing I wondered though is whether, in the longer term, the 15 minute limit might apply to “probation” accounts, and lifted after they have posted x Number of unreported rambles and/or have X Number of non-probationary followers, on the basis that a spam account would presumably be found out and removed before reaching either threshold?

Hi my friend. I private messaged you about my two accounts, can one of them be disabled? The other one was totally an accident. I was using hide my email from iCloud. And Google Chrome automatically auto fill my email. Thus creating a second account that I don’t need

Sign in with google option or apple option, or both might be an idea. There's only 2 people on our production staff that have apple, but the rest android.

Thank you for all your hard work and yeah as it was mentioned above by another member, get your rest, don’t over stress yourself. Glad you are delegating the moderator roles and do whatever you think is best for the maintenance and upkeep of this app. The 15 minutes seems temporary but it will b good in the meantime and think there will be more people interacting with others rambles as they wait for their time to post again…for those that post constantly that is. Don’t be sorry. You gotta do what you gotta do to be able to maintain this platform. And people are going to have to just respect that and understand. It just sucks that you’re gotta deal with people who are just straight out spamming just to be ugly about it, so it’s good that you placed it.
