No bug. Generally when you can't see someone's Rambles anymore and or their profile it is because that particular person has chosen to block you.

Ramblio has a brand new feature that was added last week that not many people know about. It's called the tier factor feature. If there's something that you think you should hear regular crime doesn't work, you have to go into a full on hard-core crying session and that will unlock the feature and you'll hear the content you desire.
